Payment Methods
Credit Card
We accept credit card payments using your Visa or MasterCard. All credit card transactions are processed by our payment gateway provider, iPay88, and are guaranteed safe and secure (More about iPay88). We recommend using online credit card payment to expedite processing and delivery of your order.

Deposits can be made at any of the bank branches or cash/cheque deposit machines. Transfers can be made via their ATMs or via online banking. After completing the deposit or transfer, please scan the deposit or transaction slip together with your order number and email it to us at sales@lacepetals.com for our acknowledgement. If you made an online transfer, please email us the transaction ID for confirmation.

All checks should be crossed and made payable to Versanista Solutions. Please write your order number and phone number on the reverse side of the check for our acknowledgement. Kindly note that your order will be delivered only upon check clearance.
Please do not send cash by post.
PayPal
We accept payments via PayPal in USD only. A PayPal invoice with the total price in USD will be issued to you once your order is confirmed. Your order will be processed as soon as the PayPal payment has been cleared. Please use the online currency converter at XE.com to get an approximate currency conversion rate.
About iPay88: Credit card and online banking payment transactions are processed by the iPay88 payment gateway. iPay88 Sdn Bhd has appointed Mobile88.Com Sdn Bhd as its sole authorized reseller of all iPay88 merchants. Therefore, please note that your payment is processed by Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd (iPay88). Packaging & Delivery
All lingerie items ordered are packaged individually in our exquisite gift-ready boxes. These boxes are free and come with our best compliments.

We also provide an optional gift-wrapping service to add the perfect touch for gift orders. This option is available at checkout for only MYR10.00 per item.
All orders are delivered by express courier service in standard courier packaging.
Local orders
Delivery within Malaysia is absolutely free.
International orders
International orders are delivered by FedEx. The shipping rates for international orders are given below and are added to your order at checkout.

Delivery time
Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery upon confirmation of your order. For international orders, please allow for an additional 1-2 working days.
Third party delivery
Our exquisite collection of lingerie presents the choice of a perfect romantic gift for your loved one. And for your added convenience, we facilitate sending your gift order directly to her. All you have to do is provide us the appropriate shipping information at checkout.
P.O. boxes and hotels
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or to hotels. Please only provide us a residential or commercial address for delivery to ensure you receive your order safely, promptly and in good condition.
Import duty and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duty and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. We deliver your package with duties and taxes unpaid and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be settled by you in order to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information on import duties and taxes. Please note that we declare the full value of the order on all packages shipped to outside Malaysia in accordance with legal requirements.
Exchange & Refund Policy
Exchange
We will exchange the item you purchased if you are not satisfied with your order or if the size does not fit. You may choose to exchange for a different item of the same or lesser value, or for the same item in a different size.
If you would like to exchange your purchase, kindly contact us immediately at sales@lacepetals.com for exchange authorization and further instructions. We will send you a new item upon return of the item you received. Exchanges are only valid for a period of 7 days from receipt of delivery. The returned item must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
We will only exchange each order once.
Kindly note that this exchange policy does not apply to some of our lingerie items due to their intimate nature. Lingerie items that abide by this exchange policy will have a clause stating "Exchange Policy applicable" on the product information page.
Refund
We also accept requests for refunds if you are not satisfied with your order. There will however be a 25% handling & processing fee imposed on all refunds.
If you would like to request a refund, kindly contact us immediately at sales@lacepetals.com for refund authorization and further instructions. We will refund your order upon return of the item you purchased. Refunds are only valid for a period of 7 days from receipt of delivery. The returned item must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
Kindly note that this refund policy does not apply to some of our lingerie items due to their intimate nature. Lingerie items that abide by this refund policy will have a clause stating "Refund Policy applicable" on the product information page.
Cancellation
Orders not paid within 7 days will be automatically cancelled by us.
Kindly contact us immediately at sales@lacepetals.com if you would like to cancel your order. There will be a 25% cancellation fee imposed on cancellation requests for orders that have been paid and are being processed.
Orders cannot be cancelled once sent for delivery. You may however choose to pursue a Refund if so desired.
