1. The response time was superb and professional by Miss Joyce. She worked through midnight to provide solution. I received her email as late as 12.36am.
2. Since i only placed my order on 10/2/10, which had exceeded the cut off date for Valentine delivery, Miss Joyce took the trouble to email me 10 minutes later about this concern that the order may not be able to be delivered on time, and if I wish to proceed or wish to cancel the order. This is very professional. I told her my predicament, she subsequently tried her best to arrange a delivery via Pos Laju without additional charge just to satisfy customer.
3. The very next morning of 11/2/10,  an email confirmed that the shipment has been shipped and my wife received the surprise gift on 12/2/10.
4. Packing is good, Product quality is very good. Customer Service from Joyce is excellent.
5. I will definitely recommend lacepetals.com to my circle of friends.
